LOST ITEMS - INTERNATIONAL


In case , that order has been lost during international postage service !!
My item has been lost during international postage service !!
 For international postage , we advice to pick Sign for option ( please ask before placing order)
All parcels are sent in basic option as registered consignments but without tracking numbers.
In case of lost parcel , please report us about this situation . We will place claim to Royal Mail , usually consideration of cases takes 60 working days , after positive case consideration by Royal Mail we will refund cost of whole order .

DAMAGED ITEMS 
Seller takes responsibility for dameged item in case :
- item was sent damaged ( buyer has to provide photo of damages)
- item has been damaged during postage process and this situation was caused by seller by lack of proper packaging
which secures item from potential damage .
Please inform us about this situation .
Seller doesn't take responsibility for damaged item in case :
- item has been damaged during postage process by postage machine or postage workers
