Terms and Conditions of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please see our delivery prices notice for further information. . When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
Orders
After placing an order and selecting delivery and payment, you will receive a confirmation mail this order. About Shipping goods to announce a separate email notification specified during the order process (not registered customers can place orders in our store).
Payments
Order will be dispatch within 1-3 working days, After receiving payment for the goods, we will ship purchases within the time specified for each product . PayPal payments are automatically marked as payed . In case you choose a bank transfer , after receiving payment , order is marked as payed and immediately sent to the Buyer.

Availability and prices
We are trying to up to date availability of goods. It may happen that there will be a mistake in the amount of available goods. In this case, the customer will be immediately informed of the situation, can in this situation also cancel the order. After placing an order the product price will not change, any mistake will not be charged to the customer. Prices are inclusive of VAT.

Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
If you buy goods under a distance contract (including, for example, by phone or online but excluding any goods bought in store), under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (CCRs), you have up to fourteen calendar days starting the day after you or your nominee has received your delivery to cancel your order. If you buy multiple goods as part of one order which are delivered to you on different days, your cancellation period will end fourteen days after the day on which you or your nominee receive the last item of your order. This does not apply to certain 'exceptions' specified at section 28 of the CCRs, including goods made to your specification, clearly personalised goods or audio or video recording or computer software if you remove the seal, newspapers, periodicals or magazines or goods which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Please refuse any delivery of cancelled goods, alternatively, you can return them via post. During this period you must take reasonable care of the goods. You will be charged for return postage in accordance with our returns policy. Further details of your rights under the CCRs are available from your local Trading Standards department or Citizens Advice Bureau.
Returns, exchange and refunds policy
Subject to exceptions, Hab&Fab exchanges or refund the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery. The cost of purchase will be returned to the buyer upon receipt of the returned item intact. Money shall be returned to the account specified by the buyer or the buyer's PayPal account if purchases were paid this way. It can also be exchanged for other goods , after confirmation by the Buyer

-Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and any packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
-Goods cannot be returned once they have been used or cut into under any circumstances. Please check for any faults or decide if you wish to keep the item or not before cutting into or starting to use them. This is in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
-The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. Please return your parcel to the address below

- After receiving goods , refund will be issued .
To keep the cost of return delivery low, we advise to send your parcel back by 2class mail, and to ask for proof of postage so that if any problems occur with the delivery, you are then able to take this up with the Royal Mail. The other more secure option is to send order back by recorded mail. Please note, we cannot accept responsibility should your items go missing in the post.
What is not refundable?
Returns are not subject to the trimmings by the meter , prepared on request in quantities of less than 3m, and fabrics that have been accepted earlier by the customer in the form of samples .
CANCELLATIONS
According to the Terms & Conditions of Hab&Fab online Shop , subject to exceptions, within 14 days from the date of order Buyer can cancel the order without giving a reason .

PLACE OF JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions and any terms and conditions relating to products or services described in this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Northern Ireland. Disputes arising in relation to the same shall, unless otherwise expressly agreed, be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of of England and Northern Ireland.
