Returns, exchange and refunds policy

Subject to exceptions, Hab&Fab exchanges or refund the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery. The cost of purchase will be returned to the buyer upon receipt of the returned item intact. Money shall be returned to the account specified by the buyer or the buyer's PayPal account 

- The buyer must immediately notify Hab&Fab via e-mail about the return of ordered goods. Please send the information about order cancellation email

- The return reference number will be applied

-Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and any packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

-Goods cannot be returned once they have been used or cut into under any circumstances. Please check for any faults or decide if you wish to keep the item or not before cutting into or starting to use them. This is in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

-The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. Please return your parcel to the address below

- After receiving goods , refund will be issued, initial postage is not refundable .

To keep the cost of return delivery low, we advise to send your parcel back by 2class mail, and to ask for proof of postage so that if any problems occur with the delivery, you are then able to take this up with the Royal Mail. The other more secure option is  to send order back by recorded mail. Please note, we cannot accept responsibility should your items go missing in the post.

What is not refundable?

  • We don’t accept returns on samples of fabric and haberdashery

  • We don’t accept returns on cut trims

  • There is no return on custom made order

  • returns without prior notice won't be accepted
